FACTUALLY WRONG AGAIN (of course!) Cyber-Loon. 1) As I've posted here many times, I personally support privitization of SS --- and have since the very early 1970s... probably since you were still in diapers. On a side note: if you disagree with the --- quite reasonable, IMO --- predictions that a change-over from our present transfer payment system for SS, to a funded system, will run-up government costs for several decades... I'd suggest you take it up with the White House. I merely posted their reasonable assumption of the costs. (PS - every expert I've ever heard from knows there HAVE to be transition costs --- that's one of the reasons it's so important that we get our structual deficit under control NOW... else there may not be anything left to reform SS with. As everyone knows --- there is no Free Lunch.)
