There IS no explanation. Its a smoke screen. I am VERY familiar with bank lending and NO BANK would consider a 1/2 interest in a personal home collateral. You dont believe me, call your local bank up and tell them you want to refinance your house but your wife refuses to sign, will they accept YOUR interest as collateral. jdn

yup. Then they called Boston's Dem mayor Tommy MUMBLES Menino and had the fire hydrant out front moved. True story. Kerry and Dean both turned down the Fed matching funds, so they could spend ever greater and greater amounts of special interest cash on themselves. I also assume this will allow Kerry to never ever have to actually pay back the $6 million loan he took out against his townhouse. Don't forget,when he did that his campaign was in the gutter. He had just fired his top people, and everyone left around him was ready to give up the ghost. Then Howard Dean screamed.
