I almost passed out once when I went from the steam room to the cold plunge. Someone told me it was healthy!

You're not supposed to like it... It's sort of like being forced as a kid to go to church for two hours and when you walk out the door it is a beautiful sunny day.

I broke through ice last October and all I had in my pack was a magnesium fire starter. I was shivering too much to use the magnesium and got a fire going using sparks on the dry grass.
