You are right on all points. Except, "He was referring to one or two stocks per market segment,.." Are you sure? I think he meant top 2 or 3 best. Also the difference between Buffett and myself is I cant do what he does. I know that. I digress to speculating and that is gambeling a little. It pains me because I HATE to squander my cash. However by putting it at grave risk I was able to raise it up considerably. It was a decision that was mine to make. I do not advocate this "total risk" strategy for everyone. This is the last time for me. Now that the drill core is out IMA is an EXCELENT bet. I would and do feel safe putting more in. I believe the stock is undervalued. I AM FLABBERGASTED THAT EC AND ESPECIALLY CC ARE NOT RECOMENDING IT!
