Hello Voodoo, my general direction is to sell equity down to around 15% of gross asset by end of March, and step to the side of the dance floor, way the ph*k before the music stops, because I suspect that WHEN the market does turn down, many if not most will adopt a 'shoot first ask questions later' approach to portfolio management given that all will be terribly afraid.

I suspect that many believe they can sell faster than the next speculator and get out in time, and this cannot be the truth. The fact will be that all can sell faster, and thus the market will stampede downward, crushing many.
