At least good looking joke. Give it one or two more generations and robots like "Terminator" or from the movie Aliens have a good chance to become reality. IMO mechanical problems could be solved, skin and outer flesh too, but to make it practical very good source of energy is needed in compact form, or imitate our source of energy but instead of food they could be fed with some cheap petro oils. Bad smell could be contained inside like it is in human case. As soon as the perfect substitute of human body is approved we will have two options - 1. try to work out computer program which will satisfy robots owners. 2. Start spending billions on the science of neurosurgery and brain chemistry to find out what is the best possible feed for transplanted human brain so the maximum of brain cells could be utilized and serve for longest possible term in artificial body. While some might argue cloning of the best bodies might be solution for those wishing a new look and age this would be a very limited edition as time to grow the body is long, costly and above all it would have to be grown without the brain which is impossible to achieve.
My fantasy might be a joke or not, pending amount of money to put into the project.
