The latest census showed that only 28 percent of Americans meet the accepted definition of "trailer trash". Fully 15 percent of them live in Arkansas, which last I checked voted Republican in the last election.
LINK! LINK! LINK! WE WANT LINK!

So he relates well to rich women. Who cares?
OH. I SEE. You think political campaigns are won by reason and logic.

OK. You might get 10% of the electorate that way. Now what do you do about the 90% that are going to vote for your opponent?

Fine. This works in a courtroom - sometimes. Although I think F. L. Bailey and successors lead one to doubt that.

But a voting booth isn't a courtroom. You don't have to vote on evidence or logic. You can vote on whatever basis you want to.

If the course of gov't were decided by reason and logic, we wouldn't be doing 10% of what we do, would we? Or be in 10% of the mess?

Reason and logic and evidence say obesity is highly detrimental to longevity. Now unless you believe about 2/3 of the population wishes to to die young of painful diseases, you have to conclude that reason and logic and evidence have less to do with human activity than one might wish.

And in particular, if one's intent is to win a political campaign, they can be mostly ignored.

Do you see a flaw in my logic? :-)
