The real long-term answer has to be a more prosperous world. Gonna take awhile to get there but its the only solution.

Chris, you say a lot of things that just don't make sense.

Unemployment benefits are not supposed to provide jobs, as you well know. They are there for support for people who lose their jobs.

Don't have time to argue all your points, but obviously $ 150 billion spent in the US would have a hell of a lot more effect on the US economy than bombs and hospitals, etc. in Iraq. I think you know this.
