Interestingly, what a lot of folks are leaving out regarding the Bush Administation pre-war lies, distortions, omissions and perversions of truth is the fact that most of these happened at a time when his pro-war approval ratings were on the decline. Every time his support for the war slippeed congress, the media and the people got fed a new lie. I wish I had the resources to make a chart showing approval poll ratings next to fabrications released by the Administration. I'm certain there is a parallel.
