well, all along the republicans have basically responded with "let them eat cake" on these labor matters. Now that national economists are finally seeing the reality in the statistics, what are republicans going to do? They have to address this, by either saying Roach is wrong, or "we don't care" or who knows what. No matter, I think a republican bloodbath is coming, even at the congressional level, I really do.

My big fear now is actually an Edwards VP and a little too much protectionism legislation starting in 05.

Honestly I see no chance for Bush to overcome this, same for all of his yes-men congressmen. He could have overcome *just* Iraq. But not iraq + sucking sound. One and done.
