Thanks JDB.The 4:00 EST cut off time is strange.Thats better than what you get with Rydex directly.

Having to wait two days will be a problem for what I'm doing here.

I've talked to traders who swear they have traded the funds every day and Scottrade doesn't enforce the two day rule.Others say Scottrade enforces the rule. Its always been a very confusing issue for me.

This is curious as Rydex requires me to have my trades in before the last 10 minutes of trading each day. I wonder if Scottrade has a special arrangement with Rydex? Seems like the few trades I did in my IRA with Schwab, I put in the order just minutes before the EOD and it was always filled.
