Deny it if you like and live the lie so that you can sell your stock higher than the guy you duped, but clearly sales are going to plummet. Deny the lawsuits as well if you like, but your wallet has and will suffer more, lots more. Since the channel was already stuffed to the gills, the earnings from past quarters may well have to be adjusted downwards- big time. As well MTXX has been doing a massive amount of couponing (as any internet search will show). Thus, the average selling price has gone down significantly. It will be interesting to see how MTXX reflects this in their financials. A lot of investors will be watching- no room for fooling around w/ the #s.
