Ken, I am not sure of that. I do know that big taxes followed by programs seem to be a bad way to grow an economy. Lower taxes that let the economy self organize the flows of money here and there to make the max profits seem to be a lot better, or am I wrong, and the USSR did not collapse. Looks like you want the USA to turn into a confiscatory state, like the USSR was. Well, not me. Keep the money with the people, minimize government. Bill
