Yeah, some say that. But I don't really know what exactly
the amount of outstanding short-term repos means, if
anything at all... People started studying it - in
particular, correlations between the market and the amount
of repos out. But rates at 1% means banks can borrow at 1%
if they need to, I suppose. So, is that the banks or the
Fed who controls the amount of short-term repos out?
