You and Charleymane have been very amusing. You are shamelss, btw. You take the pygeum with the saw palmetto. You can get them in combo. The powdered mixtures, and most of the great multis, all have bioflavinoids or ginko or grape seed or other no-nos in them. I have to read bottles to be sure no white grape just is added to juices. I never had headaches until I took one month of the birth control pill. I felt awful the whole time, and couldn't wait for the course to end. Three days after I stopped, it started.
