I have argued the decision to invade Iraq from the basis of decision making under risk and under uncertainty. It is incomprehensible to me that anyone well schooled in those areas could have made the decision he did. The author is all wet on that point, IMO. I don't think asserting Bush's supposed education in that area is favorable to Bush.
