Kenneth E. Phillipps has read no stories of shortages and how families and friends have bought personal armor and other equipment for soldiers going into harms way.

And it not the money that's the whole issue. Many military products have very limited production capability. So it takes time to make now what was not made under cut the military to balance the budget mr. bill.

there was no clinton military. clinton loathed the military, even said so himself.

thank the Senators that knew Kerry was crazy and they did not let his crazy ideas of cutting back the needed weapons systems and he did not get any of those cuts passed. Meanwhile clinton cut thousands upon thousands from defense.
