Kay turns out to be no different from the other self-serving bastards that we have-for some unexplained reason-decided to designate as "weapons experts". He spent a vacation in Iraq, saw them cut his funding as a waste of money, and came home to stab the first back he could get a knife near.

Ritter, Blix, Kay: They must all have some kind of juice. The taxpayres shouldn't be on the hook for salaries for these worthless idiots.

Why don't we just send the "Red Dean" to Iraq and call him a "screaming ambassador"...
