Why, in the crazy world Bush Administration intelligence, is the U.S. military openly delivering this letter for the terrorists, by publicly announcing its contents? One would think something like this would be kept close to the vest! Is publicly releasing such a document smart--I mean does the Administration's action actually serve to deliver for terrorists, a message addressed to terrorists? It's a big bunch of bush hooey. Trying to justify his comments on MTP...after all he is the "war president" who doesn't want anyone to "denigrate" the National Guard by revealing his shoddy military service.
