Who and When? That's the question! Both very sharp and pragmatic international guys. They're rock-n-rolling China at the start of 21st century. "Who-N-When" will be internationl phrase by 2020, when the rest of us can only see in hindsight. Wished US has leadership of similar savvy and brainpower.

Jim, once you get used to pronouncing Chinese, it is very easy, all in single syllable. I have met plenty of Americans, including people in my office, who can pronounce my name close to perfect<g> except the tone, which I do not mind at all.

Hou, in Chinese has the same sound as monkey in Chinese<g>
