Fonar Sales increase in the last 3 & 6 months reports!
LOSS for the last 6 months increased also... negating the sales.

LOSS for the last 3 months actually DECREASED in spite of the increased Sales!
This is a good sign... Even at that, they had to only make about $2.5 mil to break even!

They said that their margins were improving.... Isn't that nice?!

There are only THREE ways that Margins can be improved...
1. Raise Sales prices WITHOUT changing the costs.
2. Reduce Costs WITHOUT changing the sales.
3. Raise Sales prices while, at the same time, Reducing costs.

If you Increase Sales AND Increase Costs, the sales increase do NOTHING to the margins... you still lose!

The objective of the game is to have Sales $$ left over after you pay what it costs to make and sell them.

Fonar has started going the right direction...
Can they continue?
Can they continue long enough to make up for all of the LOSSES they have had and FINALLY really make some money?

Very simple arithmetic when you get right down to it...
