well, interesting, I was just reading it as you posted it.

I disagree of course. It doesn't matter if some soldiers think that Iraq was justified. Of course they would. They have been indoctrinated on one side of this issue, forced to serve there, and seen their buddies killed there. They need to believe it was justified. That's not the issue though.

Bush said we went there because WMD WERE THERE. Not might be there. Not because Saddam was a bad, madman (we all knew this). They misled us. Time for them to go....

It is very brave of those soldiers to risk their lives to liberate total strangers.

I am not so brave, and would prefer that our armed forces be used only to protect Americans, not strangers on the other side of the world.
