The fellow I referred to in an earlier post, who is quoted in today's newspaper, definitely doesn't agree with Roach. I saw him duking it out with Roach on TV a few months ago. He basically told Roach he was wrong and said, furthermore, that even Roach knew Roach was wrong. (It was a feisty discussion.) This guy represents manufacturers today, but was a Presidential appointee many years ago and headed the Commerce Department's international trade unit. I suspect he knows what he's talking about, and he didn't work for Bush.
