Kevin, I don't know if you have used the product or not, but my pump has never sprayed, dispersed or otherwise projected tiny liquid particles in multiple directions. It is a gel.

Moreover, I doubt that the method of delivery plays a large part in this "unintended result". I am a user of the product and know many others who do. In that my ownership of stock is currently insignificant, I will watch with detached interest to the goings on. I can say that I would be very surprised if these lawsuits are able to prove Zicam directly causative.

Considering the overall number of users of the product, it would be interesting to know the sample of complainants versus random samples. One of the most common links to anosmia stems from the common cold; another is sinus infection. Of course, it is hard to sue a virus.

Re:<<MTXX's arrogant handling of this is going to hurt the entire homeopathic industry at the rate they're going. MTXX should do the responsible thing and recall the nasal-pump version of Zicam Cold Remedy. Now.>>

Yes, commit hari-kari on their own petard so that at least someone could die in these proceedings. Since there have been no reports of death yet, your volunteering to put the company out of business may fall on deaf ears. Go figure. Anosmia notwithstanding, I suspect your idea stinks to MTXX and its many satisfied users.
