Hi Pearly, Boy, am I glad I don't live in Great Britain. Reflecting on it for a moment though, perhaps we can profit from this. If we sell all our stocks and bonds, and instead invest in warm climate properties, when the time comes, we can sell our holdings by price gouging all heck out of those people who have to move south to merely survive. If we leverage our monies, then we can get filthy rich on the backs of others... <g> Booms, Busts and Recoveries... Wonderful thread... KJC
