I began touting the return of positive cash flows, cash in refis, and rising incomes since Mar of last year, while Roach has been dead wrong on the subject since 2002.

No one wanted to discuss the possibility that stocks could rise then - I am guessing the NASDAQ will have to get to slightly overvalued levels before the mood on SI changes.
