Yeah, I reviewed the Nasdaq link and I remember some of these general details.

The dividend is paid March 11 to those who held the stock on Feb 5. Those stockholders would then have to pass the dividend on to the new owners of their stock if they sold before March 12.

The stock trades with the dividend up to March 11. So, the market demand for the stock might adjust the price of the stock on March 12.

I'm not sure if the dividend is income or return of capital but in a press release or in a news item (on Yahoo) there was a mention of return of capital.
