For the record, the Syria scenario would be very very difficult to rationalize by the Bushies.....It would be a political mistake to suggest it too strongly. It would suggest that our intel organizations are even more inept than we thought. Bush detailed 1000's of tons or pounds of WMD. You mean we didn't see them leaving the country during or just before the war....give me a break! I still ask the question....if Saddam had these WMD, why didn't he use them on us during the invasion. After all, Bush said at least 3-4 times this past weekend that he was a "madman".
