Monstrous deception. How Saddam had them all fooled. Nobody has spent so much money, rebuilt so many chemical factories, and forged so many documents of purchases merely to demonstrate to fellow Arabs that he was fully armed with WMD's despite the UN restrictions and the destruction of all his production capability ten years earlier. He even fooled the UN, the CIA, the NIS, the Brits-everyone. And he never had an ounce of WMD.
