There's still hope that the better man might win--Edwards had excellent showing tonight. Gen Clark is pulling out, so that gives Edwards a better shot at it.
He would make a much better candidate for Dems than Kerry.

Libya is all about oil money now, not WMD's.
Gaddafi will stand to make billions if he invites the yanks back in. It's not even clear if he has any WMD's and he's been something of a moderate for the last ten years. It may be a case of scratching Bush's back if he scratches Mohammar's, and both of them scratch Big Oil's back going after more light sweet crude.
