Job flow is bidirectional. Soon the Indyans will raise the costs of their IT departments.
In addition, they will only be able to serve a portion of the calls, the low end portion. Wage inflation in Indya and falling US$ will change the cross over point.
The US$ needs to fall by about 35% That will make a lot more US jobs economic and invigorate US manufacturing.

Do not forget, we have been spoiled by strong US$ for years. Now we get to feel how the rest of the world feels.

Not end of the world, but an adjustment to globalization that will make millions of US jobs come back to life.
