It does and LOTS more, it isn't just a matter of scaling
wafer size....there are a myriad of technological problems/issues to contend with....a very expensive and
time consuming effort is required to integrate all the
technologies involved...
The French/English built the Concorde, a technological marvel, but a financial disaster....bigger/faster is not necessarily better or cost effective. BB
