The press is starting to see this as JFK vs. Nixon II.
Not exactly but close enough.

BTW: The GOP did a real dog and pony show on the AWOL issue today but proved absolutely nothing. Will anyone buy their flimsy "evidence"? They realy need to prouce credibe witnesses who saw Bush in ation in 1972 in Alabama. Otherwise, Bush is caught in another big lie. It goes to credibility, courage and responsibilty. All three are huge issues. The GOP's other tactic will be to BS the public about Kerry and try to pain hm as having no credibility and being a "traitor". But that won't work. Should be an epic battle. Bush has the most money, Kerry has the right stuff.
enron Ed Gillespie will be working overtime.

Speaking of Gillespie, a real dirty lobbyist type who repped Enron, he had the nerve today to blame the democrats for making this a dirty campaign. What he's really saying it that HE is ging to make it a very dirty campaign then try to blame the Democrats when they respond. Same thing he did blaming enron's crimes on Grey Davis. Won't work this time though.
