"Same-sex" marriage is as accurate and clear as you're going to get. "marriage for gays and lesbians" is misleading - as Nadine noted, gays and lesbians could always get married. Just not to a person of the same gender.

LOL. Well, technically, they are correct, or at least more correct, or at least differently correct, although I wouldn't infer bias from the use of the shortcut.
