Precisely.....Saddam is not suicidal, we know that, and for that reason he didn't use any WMD he might have had. We also found out by the first day or two, that the Iraqi troops had no protective gear issued to each soldier. And we never did find very many chem suits. That was intel that we should have had before the war. And that madman crap of Bush's is just silly....Saddam is no madman, he's a tryannical dictator and Bush is using the term to demogogue the lowest levels of our society and the party fanatics.... As for destroying WMD.....we have been destroying poison gas on Guam for years at the cost of billions of dollars...you think Saddam could have done it while our troops were rolling up the highway to Baghdad....??
