VICTORY FOR INTEL? From Briefing.com:

15:55 INGR Intergraph Corp confirms appeals court ruling (21.95 -2.68) -- Update --

Co announces that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has ruled on Intel's appeal of an Oct 10, 2002 District Court ruling in which Intel was found to infringe patents owned by Intergraph. The appeals court revised the construction of a single claim term. As a result, the appeals court vacated the lower court's decision and remanded the case back to the lower court for further findings. "Today's ruling on the appeal of Intel's infringement of our 'PIC patents' relates to different patents and products than those involved in our ongoing lawsuit with Dell, Hewlett-Packard, and Gateway."
