Many books and courses. I learned much from the master, the late Dr. David Viscott. I am not a shrink, as I said, not even close, just have done research into it all. Viscott was amazing because he could pick out someone's underlying problem in about 30 seconds nd make them face the past to heal the problem. After watching him for awhile, you pick up some instincts. Sometimes that's a knack you don't want BTW. Not always pleasant guessing someone's complex, inner need, what drives them. Sometimes people know you know and they get scared by it.
