well I am expecting the election in 04 to go strongly dem. And when that happens some of these labor issues are going to be addressed, in fact Kerry has already talked about more disclosure of offshoring etc. And when that happens- you watch, the US economy will be on fire. All of the sudden capex expenditures will explode and state governments will be in the black again.
