STXN... I like potential long term. Don't want to be a folio hog though, currently have EMC, UTSI and CGFW and we already know how I currently keep everyone updated with those picks. ROFL

The increase in orders of 50.4 million last quarter represents a 25% increase over last quarter sales. At the end of last quarter they had taken in 44.5 million in orders compared to the 50.4 million this quarter. Backlog this quarter was at 52 million vs 45.5 million last quarter. That along with high interest in their eclipse product and the increased credit facility agreement that will allow them to ramp up sales looks favorable. The one thing that I am not really warm and fussy about is the gross profit margin. The company has mentioned that they expected pricing competition which was reflected in the decline in last quarters gross profit margin of 15.2% vs the previous quarter of 19.2%.

It will be interesting to see how they control R&D & S&A expenses along with profit margins. The strength in the telecom sector will probably end up being the tell tell sign.

As always, but what the @#$%$# do I know. So I leave it up to you if you want to add it or not.
