I am glad you posted that. I couldnt remember him EVER saying we were in IMMINENT DANGER like Kerry and others keep repeating and now that you have posted the exact verbage I see I was correct. Just another example of Kerry and others trying to pull the wool over our eyes. jdn

The latest howler to come out of Washington is White House Spokesman Scott McClellan's assertion that Bush and the boys never used the word "imminent" to describe the threat posed by Saddam Hussein:

"I think some in the media have chosen to use the word ‘imminent’. Those were not words we used. We used, ‘grave and gathering’ threat."

Here's another speech by Bush....tell me he's not saying the threat is imminent.... and btw, the human rights rant you posted by Bush was after the wheels were coming off the Bush claims of WMD.
