We do declare dogs guilty for biting humans don't we..... No. We declare them a threat to human safety, much like a boulder falling from the side of a hill. Our aim, in removing such dogs is not to make them pay restitution, but purely to eliminate the threat. And, BTW, if you want to marry a dog, be my guest. As long as the dog gives it's consent. Well in that case you are against owning or even feeding a dog. (duh!) Re: polygamists and thieves....sounds like some sort of natural law, doesn't it?? Nope. It merely uses against you the same specie of stupidity you tried to employ against me. Oops - gotta run...
