Does it get any better (worse)? Actually, I saw two notes over on Prudent Bear tonight. First, you can now get a home equity line of credit card. Yes, no need to go through the hassle of refinancing. Second, Fannie and Freddie are extending their "Easy Terms" to the moribund trailer home industry.

Talk about the sub-prime market. Why buy a house no money down, when you can get a lovely mobile home. The US has gone mad. Stark, raving bonkers.

the point is Haim: This is already known and there's a glut here ... not only that there is a shift going on as natural gas increases in price relative to coal here.

Buy the turbine mfrs if you want -- heck, buy the turban mfrs if you want <g>
