Some time back, before the War, and after his UN performance Powell was quoted as commenting (privately) that what he delivered to the UN was the worst garbage of his life, or something like that. I am sure he is now under orders to say things like he is now saying to get his boss off the hook. The fact is that these people will say anything at any time, regardless of whether it has any basis in fact. Namaste! Jim
