Of course, I meant that Jay has to potential to be a superstar of the media if he wanted to pursue that sort of thing. Not that he shares any of Trump's more unappealing character traits. :)

In 1956, the Democratic candidate for President was a terrific progressive named Adlai Stevenson. He was a fiery orator who was also a fine wit. After one particularly rousing stump speech, an excited member of the audience shouted out:

"ADLAI, YOU'VE GOT THE VOTE OF EVERY THINKING AMERICAN!"

To which Adlai retorted:

"That's not good enough. We need a majority!"
