Dean is apparently saying some very damaging things
about Kerry these days, but it's very hard to find.

i got so disgusted with tv media as a news source
15 years ago that i tuned it out. i started producing
my own tv messages on public access cable. i moved
into government access cable tv (video surveillance of
local elected officials conducting meetings and making
policy decisions). i helped set up local government policy
that prohibits their editorial control of content and their
access to use the channel during a 90 day period before
elections if they are candidates for re-election...

then the internet was born. it's open to all and
it's a two way communication channel...

now i only watch tv news for production values. i use
the internet for gathering information and assessing
various opinions.

what dean says about kerry is easy to find - one or
two clicks away. same goes for what kerry says about
dean.

comcast is great. i'm a subscriber too. but when it comes
to information and education, the broadband internet
connection i get from them is 10,000 times more valuable
than their selection of tv programs.

and for laura's benefit... the cable bill is $94.46
per month (includes taxes and franchise fees)... 50%
of this is for basic TV channels and the other 50% is
for broadband, unlimited, always-on, internet access.

so why do i still watch TV?

it's the sports, dude. it's for the live sports
coverage.
