I don't know enough about the lower courts decisions to comment and admit I haven't kept up. I do think that the lawsuits have been purely partisan in nature and wonder why there hasn't been a demand for the minutes of past VP's meetings in the past. This is where the real story lies imo. I have been in and out of town on an ongoing basis for the last month, but I intend to print out kholt's post and review it when I get a moment to myself. If there are any articles or links that you are aware of I would be interested in reading them as long as they aren't too closely affiliated with one political party or another. M
