Absolutely, plus Texas is working on attracting industry while corporations are leaving NY and CA

Don't forget that Texas leads the nation in % of its residents who are uninsured. Don't try to tell me they are getting their care in the Hospital Emergency Rooms where they wait up to 12 hours and more to get care.
