Yesterday, The President Of The United States gave an important policy speech. In this speech, he issued a stern warning to terrorists who have, are trying to get, or are planning the use of WMDs. The speech also contained (though perhaps not so obvious) a warning to all of us that the terrorist factions are armed with such weapons. The warning becomes clearer if you consider the President's remarks together with the most recent public statements and testimony of the CIA, Homeland Security and FBI Directors.
