Unfortunately the campaign will be all about personal attacks, glorifying one partisan group while demonizing the other, painting the world as a giant anti-US conspiracy hellbent on murdering us all, endless lies and distortions about who did what in the economy and when and what we need to fix the obvious mess, etc. That's what we voted for in the primaries, and that's what we will get. And so it goes....

Kerry doesn't have any real character flaws. Which "flaws" are you talking about? Has he ever skipped out on duties? Cheated? Grabbed the money and ran? Run a dirty campaign? LIed to the American People? The old "character flaws" they were sayng he had when I first started researching him (aloof, cold, patrician) are not even true. I have hung around Kerry a half dozen times and he's nothing but warm, engaged, a good listener and full of laughter. The "flaws" you refer to may be just right-wing propaganda. Drudge's made up stuff like botox treatments, $150 haircuts, etc.
