I am a Floridian, 60 years old and raised in Fla. I like to say I was here when the Spanish FIRST left and here when they returned!! I have lived all over the state. I have never found a place with inadequate water. I see you live in Tampa, I bet again its the treatment problem not the supply, In any case everything is relative, here we water our lawns without even thinking of it, out west they dont even have lawns in many places. jdn
